Financial contributions to the HADAWAY DNA Surname Project are greatly appreciated. These gifts allow us to recruit participants who may not otherwise be able to submit DNA samples. Of course, not every eligible participant shares our enthusiasm for Genealogy, so the Project sometimes needs to have a "war chest" to selectively recruit proven descendants of a particular line.
Testing for the ancestry of William HADAWAY (Cobb Co, GA) and David HATTAWAY (Jones Co, GA) has already been done. As such, we just need participants with North Carolina and Maryland roots to help identify our American & European Common Ancestors.
Testing can be upwards of $200, so not every potential participant is willing or able to pay the whole cost. So, even if you are not a Male descendant still carrying the HADAWAY Surname, you can still help this HADAWAY DNA Surname Project with a financial donation of any amount.
Of course, if you would like your contribution to go towards any particular HADAWAY line, your donation will be reserved for your requested purposes.
