Ordering for another person: If you are ordering for another person, please fill this
page with the details of the person being tested, and the address where you want the kit to be shipped.
However, if you are ordering this as a gift, please do not include the individual's email address at this
time as they will receive confirmation of the order immediately after the order is placed. We will be
happy to add their email address after the order has been placed. Please send an email to
sales@familytreedna.com and the email address the kit.

Each order is good for one DNA kit. If you wish to match yourself to another person you will
need to order 2 kits.
